As I'm a girl I've spent hours in google trying to find some makeup tutorials NOT in videos.
And there are only few pages with pictures but I like pictures and I think there should be more makeup tutorials in pictures.
Especially for Halloween.
This is the most requested for now and one of the most easy to do characters in my opinion.
